Moody Blues is an impressionist view of Lake Austin near Austin’s iconic Pennybacker “360” bridge by Austin native Debbi Smith Rourke. Loose brushstrokes are integrated with thick palette knife-applied texture all in a moody, evocative scene. This is one of Debbi’s signature subjects.
