Mom’s Winter Garden is a mixed media work on Yupo paper and seems to stir emotions, offering a feeling that everything is dynamic and ever changing – yet in a delightful, reassuring way.

Tivenan’s first career was that of a psychotherapist. Her artistic endeavors play on a similar strand of emotion, creativity and mindfulness. Tivenan adds, “My style of painting is Abstract Expression. I hope this painting evokes some thoughts or feelings for you. Even though my paintings are personal expressions, sharing the work is a privilege.”
