This lovely work of fine art by accomplished artist Diane Williams was created with mixed media on a cradled wooden panel. Golden Lotus is part of her Gesturing the Void series that exhibits bold, confident strokes similar to those perfected by the Chinese masters. Williams adds more about this work:

“This painting celebrates the delicate strength of the Lotus blossom. The process of layering rice paper with paint represents nature’s fragile beauty. Each layer builds on the previous, adding strength to the entire composition. The lotus is a symbol of inspiration, rising through the water to greet the sun each morning.”

With 1.5” deep natural wood edges, Golden Lotus is wired and ready to hang.
