Description

Kiss of Morning Light is an original painting of abstractionism by Austin artist Debbi Smith Rourke and is part of her “Light Touches Earth” series. It offers the feeling of lightness and joy as it is reminiscent of morning light streaming through garden foliage.

 Kiss of Morning Light is painted in oil on a gallery-wrapped canvas.  The palette is very inviting – cool blues and greens with pops of red and orange. The artist used both brushwork and palette knife applications creating lots of interesting texture.
