Description

This work is part of Debbi’s beach series. She takes reference images on her trips, most often to South Padre Island and the Mayan Riviera. She works to capture the evocative spirit of these colorful regions so she can remember the island magic at home in Austin. She layered the paint application here to create a mixture of textures.

Sunset Palm has painted 1.5” gallery-wrapped edges, so no framing is needed. This creates a lovely contemporary presentation.
