Benson’s colorful photo-painting collages feature high-contrast photos printed on recyclable papers, mounted on canvas and then painted with acrylics.

Royal Cherub Jester has a background grid alternating between colorful NOLA icons and phonebook pages with a signature multicolor crosshatch design over it, a signature technique of “Bensonola” works.
