Description

Light and Shadow is a large abstract is painted to depict bright, sunny days and is a direct reflection of the artist’s childhood memories about carefree summer vacations. The sunshine is expressed with shades of yellow, the gray shadows are reminiscent of urban environment. The contrast of colors, the light and shadow, convey the cyclical nature of life and decay in a metaphoric way.
