Description

Girl with Red Hat is a figurative work, both painting and collage, by California artist Toby Tover. This gilded work was inspired by a Matisse painting. Tover used acrylic paint and imported Japanese papers. Girl with Red Hat is colorful and terrifically patterned and will work well in home, hospitality, healthcare settings and corporate settings.
