Description

Beach scenes are one of Debbi’s favorite subjects and Sunning Solo is no exception. This one is high key, with light values being dominant. Oodles of fun from all her lifetime of beach vacations with family and friends make these casual works ooze the frolic of the past, while also conveying the wistful longing to return. Thick application of oil paint using both palette knife and brushwork is her signature technique.
