About this painting
Majestic Light is an original artwork created by Austin artist Debbi Smith Rourke and is part of her “Light Touches Earth” series.
Majestic Light is a simplified landscape of impressionism depicting a dramatic sky at sunset behind tall red-rock Canyonlands. It’s painted in oil on a gallery-wrapped canvas. The palette of highly saturated reds and orange wakes up the viewer while still creating a pleasant and soothing scene. The artist used both brushwork and palette knife applications.
Majestic Light brings drama and an uplifting mood to your world and will make a bold statement in any room. This artwork is ready to hang.
