Artwork & Purchases

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review the painting’s dimensions, framing option, availability and delivery details before purchasing. Room visualizations are for inspiration; furnishings and pictured frames are not included unless specified.

Purchasers are responsible for the artwork price, selected delivery charges and applicable taxes. Listed prices exclude sales tax. For taxable Texas purchases, the taxable amount includes both the artwork and shipping or delivery charges.

Copyright & Images

Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork, not its copyright or reproduction rights. Debbi Smith Rourke retains those rights. Artwork and images may not be reproduced or used without the artist’s express written permission. The Artful Galleries name and logo may not be used without permission.

Use of the Website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or transmit material that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Website Availability & Information

We make every effort to keep artwork information accurate. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Artful Galleries disclaims warranties regarding the website’s accuracy, reliability or uninterrupted availability, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
