Somewhere in France is painted in an impressionistic style by Austin native Debbi Smith Rourke and beautifully depicts the quaintness and charm of a small town in the Beaujolais region of southern France. Debbi appreciates that much of the terrain in southern France resembles her Texas Hill Country.
